The July 4 Canobie Lake Boat Parade went off without a hitch... on July 5.  The weather was beautiful then. Thanks to all 15 boats that participated.  Everyone seemed to have a great time. The judges had difficulty deciding on the prizes, with all the fine entries.  Below are photos of the winners, taken by Jay Johnson and Marian Westerberg.

First Prize: "Noah's Ark",  a boat stuffed with stuffed animals Everywhere!  Captain: Dave Silva, accompanied by Tom O'Brien with Maddie and Jaxson (age 8 months) O'Brien, and many more children...  Second prize: "Just Married".   Mike and Alyssa Schoenfeld

Third prize:  "Marilyn Monroe and Friends".  Marilyn Monroe: Susan Peoples.  Captain: Skip Peoples.

Most Patriotic Prize:  The Forrence family: Cindy, Kevin and children.
