Update:
During our last board meeting, the board proposed a change to the by-laws. It was a 4 to 5 vote in favor of the below change to be voted on at the annual meeting.
Proposed Amendment to the Canobie Lake Protective Association By-Laws.
To be voted on at the Annual Meeting of the Association on November 7, 2021.
To be adopted, the amendment would need an affirmative vote of the present members who are present and vote at that meeting.
Shall the Association amend the present by-laws by adding a new section to Article III?
"Section 6 Any single expenditure exceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) must be approved by a simple majority of the members present and voting at any Annual or Special Meeting."
